Mission & Purpose

The mission of the UK National Advisory Board on Impact Investing is to help chart a course towards a more inclusive and sustainable economy, in which measurable impact is regularly embraced as a key driver of business and investment decisions. This means supporting the growth of impact investing, which is at the forefront of a paradigm shift in how we perceive the role of the private sector in society. We also recognise the importance of strongly aligned movements, such as the rise of purposeful businesses, as well as other forms of ethical investing. Collectively, these can play a major role in creating the future that we all want to live in.
