Santiago (Santi) is a Senior Manager at the GSG Policy team. His career combines extensive experience in international relations with policy and analytical work in sustainable development, climate financing, impact investment, and social economy.

Prior to joining GSG Santi worked with several international organisations and multilateral development banks in the design, implementation and evaluation of sustainable development projects with special focus on Latin America. Previously, he served as Director General of International Cooperation and as Undersecretary of Social Economy at Argentina’s Ministry of Health and Social Development, representing Argentina in the G20, the United Nations and OECD, among other international fora.

He holds a BA in International Relations from the Catholic University of Argentina, an MSc in International Economics from San Andres University (Argentina) and Universitat de Barcelona (Spain), and an MSc in Development Administration and Planning from University College London (UK).
