School closures during 2020 and into 2021 around the world will likely exacerbate pre-existing inequalities and affect education outcomes. In this dialogue, we will discuss how results-based financing could address these issues, as well as how previously developed initiatives had to adapt to the Covid-19 context. We will deep-dive into Maycomb Capital’s Community Outcomes Fund, which is leading the Memphis and Shelby county pre-kindergarten project, and the Quality Education India Development Impact Bond to better understand these challenges.
