Before becoming the CEO of Big Society Capital in March 2016, Cliff was CEO of UnLtd for social entrepreneurs, supporting 13,000 new start-ups and building a 50-country Global Social Entrepreneurship Network. He has co-created a number of social start-ups, mentors emerging social leaders and is involved in the UK National Advisory Board on Impact Investing. He also leads an international working group on the development of wholesale social impact investors and market development agencies.
