Lili Manns is a Manager at The ImPact, a network of families who convert interest in impact investing into action. Prior to joining The ImPact, she has worked for more than 15 years in the banking and investment financial sector, with special interest and focus on the growth of social investments. She worked as General Manager at Lumni, a human capital impact fund administrator and over seven years in banking, both in Chile and in Germany, and participated in the beginnings of the Unemployment Funds Administrator of Chile.
Today she serves as a board member for Doble Impacto, a social enterprise in the area of sustainable banking and also to NGOs like Fundación Gantz, her family foundation
