Phil Stevens is the Head of the Private Sector Department in the UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID). He leads DFID’s efforts to mobilize more investment for developing countries that impacts on the Global Goals. Phil has previously worked as an adviser to the UK Executive Directors at the World Bank and IMF, for DFID in the Democratic Republic of Congo and as an adviser to the Malawi Government’s Ministry of Industry and Trade.
