Argentinian economist (MSc – University of Sussex, UK) specialized in economic development, impact investment, conflict economics and urban development, with extensive global experience. Secretary for Socio Urban Integration, National Ministry of Health and Social Development, Argentina.

Prior to joining the Ministry, Sebastian acted as senior advisor to the Cabinet Office (Argentina). He was also chief economist of The Portland Trust, a British non-profit promoting peace and stability between Palestinians and Israelis through economic development, and Executive Director of the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment (GSG).
