Established Sizwe & Co in 1989. 1996: Founding partner of Nkonki Sizwe Ntsaluba, now called SizweNtsaluba Gobodo (SNG-Grant Thornton). Joined Telkom SA in 1998 as CEO. CEO of FirstRand Banking Group from 2005 to 2015. A Chairman on various Foundations and Trusts. Co-founder and Chairman of the NECT. Founder and Chairman of ISFAP. Recently founded FNS. Founder of SLG, which is involved in EdTech, academic publishing and real estate. Has been conferred with Hon. Doctorates by the Universities of Fort Hare, the Durban University of Technology, the UJ and the Walter Sisulu University.
