Tony is an independent advisor working at the intersection of development, finance and public policy with a range of international organisations including the World Bank, the GSG and several advisory firms.

He was formerly a senior partner at the strategy consultancy Monitor Deloitte where he advised top level government leaders in emerging markets on economic development strategy and the mobilisation of stakeholders and capital behind national reform programs. Tony also co-authored a Monitor Group report on the investing behaviour of Sovereign Wealth Funds.

Earlier in his career Tony worked in infrastructure investment banking with Deutsche Bank and as an Australian diplomat.
