Since 2016, Virginia is Head of Sustainability for Reale Group. Virginia previously worked for Lavazza and for Juventus Football Club as Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. From 2003 to 2011, Virginia worked for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Political Advisor and Spokesperson to the European Union multilateral Missions in Kosovo, Georgia and Afghanistan in the framework of the European Security and Defence Policy.
Virginia Antonini holds a Masters Degree in International Law from La Sorbonne and a post graduate Masters in Economics and is fluent in English, Italian, French and Spanish.
