With a passion for social impact, inclusive innovation and collective problem-solving, Anushree joined the GSG as Knowledge Manager in January 2024. Prior to the GSG, she worked in Impact Reporting at Sustainalytics in Toronto, Canada, where she developed and implemented indicators and frameworks for impact measurement to help clients measure and report on their social, economic, and environmental impact and get closer to achieving the United Nations-Sustainable Development Goals. Having worked in the economic and social impact ecosystem for the last eight years, she draws from her experience working at interdisciplinary organizations including governments, not-for-profits, academia, private sector and the United Nations, across India, Canada, Switzerland and Tanzania.

She holds a Master’s in Economics from the Bombay School of Economics, and a Masters in Global Affairs from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Marathi and speaks beginner’s French.
