This evaluation of the Investment and Contract Readiness Fund pays close attention to the main lessons and learnings we can take from the fund using accounts from ventures, investors and providers.. Through the ICRF – which was funded by the Cabinet Office and funded by Social Investment Businesses, provided grants worth £13.2m to 155 ventures as a means to pay for investment and contract readiness support: an average of £85,000.
