Prior to joining the GSG, Pauline gained experience in social impact working for the L’Oréal Foundation, where she took part in their philanthropic initiatives and grants giving strategies. She grew a significant interest in innovative mechanisms of financing for development within the World Food Programme, serving as Private Partnerships Assistant, where she helped support the implementation of new partnerships and contributed to policy research on Public-Private Partnerships.

She is particularly interested in cross-sector collaborations for impact, with a specific focus on institutional and philanthropic initiatives.  

Pauline holds an MA in Strategic Communications from the Sorbonne University and an MSc from the London School of Public Economics and Political Science in International Social and Public Policy. She is fluent in English and French.
